Case File — Quarterly Plans
Quarterly Pest Control Plans
In Georgia, pest season never really ends — it just changes shape. Ants surge in spring, wasps and roaches peak in summer, spiders and occasional invaders push indoors in fall, and everything that can overwinter in your walls tries to. A single one-off spray can knock down what you see today, but it can't keep up with what each season sends next.
Our quarterly plan is built around that reality: four scheduled visits a year, each one tuned to what Georgia pests are actually doing that season — with our no-charge callback promise in between. If pests show up between visits, we come back and re-treat for free.
What each seasonal visit covers
- Full exterior perimeter treatment — the barrier that stops pests before they get inside
- Treatment of entry points: door thresholds, weep holes, utility penetrations, and garage seams
- Removal of reachable spider webs and wasp nests around eaves, porches, and mailboxes
- Interior treatment whenever it's needed or requested — kitchens, baths, basements, garages
- A seasonal focus that rotates: ant pressure in spring, stinging insects in summer, invaders in fall, harborage points in winter
- An inspection report of any conditions we spot that invite pests — so small issues never become big ones
The Local Angle
Why quarterly service fits Georgia homes
Metro Atlanta's climate is the reason national pest companies consider Georgia one of their busiest markets: humid subtropical summers, mild winters that rarely kill off overwintering insects, and red clay that holds moisture against foundations. Around Walton County, homes back up to woods, pasture, and creek lines — which means constant re-invasion pressure no matter how clean your home is.
Professional products applied to your home's exterior naturally break down over about 60–90 days in Georgia heat, UV, and rain. Quarterly timing exists precisely so the barrier is refreshed before it fails — which is why homes on a plan so rarely see activity indoors.
How our treatment works
Initial visit & inspection
Your first visit is the deep one: we inspect inside and out, identify what's active and where it's coming from, knock down existing activity, webs, and nests, and establish the first exterior barrier.
Seasonal maintenance visits
Every three months we return to renew the exterior barrier and address that season's pests. You don't even need to be home for exterior service — we'll leave a summary of what we found and did.
Free re-treats between visits
See activity between scheduled visits? Call us. We come back and re-treat at no charge — that's the guarantee that makes the plan a plan and not just four sprays a year.
What's included
- Four seasonal visits per year, scheduled around your life
- Coverage for ants, roaches, spiders, wasps, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes & more
- Free re-treatments between visits if pests return
- Interior service whenever needed, always included
- The same familiar local technicians, not a rotating cast of strangers

Quarterly Plans questions, answered
Do I need to be home for my quarterly service?
Not for exterior visits — most of our quarterly work happens outside, and we'll leave a note of what we found and treated. If you'd like interior service that visit, just let us know and we'll schedule a time you're home.
Is quarterly pest control worth it compared to one-time treatments?
If you only ever had one pest problem, a one-time treatment would be enough. In Georgia, that's rarely how it goes — each season brings different pressure. A plan costs less per visit than repeated one-time services, keeps the barrier from ever lapsing, and includes free callbacks. Most of our long-term customers started with a one-time service and switched after the next season's pests showed up.
What if it rains right after my treatment?
Professional products are designed to bond to surfaces once dry, which typically happens well before a treatment day ends. Normal rain afterward doesn't wash the barrier away — and if weather ever does interfere with a treatment, we'll make it right at no charge.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?
We earn your business visit by visit — we don't believe in trapping neighbors in contracts they don't want. Talk to us and we'll work with your situation.
